Membership

Accounts

You warrant that you have provided complete, accurate and current personal information when registering as a member.

You must maintain and update your personal information held by Knife Fork & Spoon to ensure it is kept current at all times.

You must not register as a member under multiple identities or personas (whether false or not).

Termination

Knife Fork & Spoon reserves the right to decline to register or to terminate your membership without entering into further discussions with you. Without limiting the foregoing, Knife Fork & Spoon may terminate your membership if

• a serious complaint or multiple complaints are received about you from other members
• you breach these terms of use
• you impersonate another member
• at our sole discretion, deem your behaviour to be unacceptable

Reviewing

You may only review venues that you have personally visited and experienced.

You may not post any comments, reviews, claims that could be considered offensive to other users.

Listings

To register a listing you must be the owner or acting on behalf of the owner for the business that the listing is to represent.

Knife Fork & Spoon accepts listing from restaurants, cafes, bars, wineries, bakeries and takeways located in New Zealand.

All content within listings must be factual and accurate.

Each business may have at most one listing on Knife Fork & Spoon.
